The support of our members is central to ensuring the work of the RNAA continues and as well as being extremely rewarding, our members are critical to the work we do in the county.

By becoming a member of the RNAA, not only can you get involved in many of our events and activities, you will also enjoy a host of benefits that are only available by joining us.


About the RNAA

The Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association works hard to ensure it meets the purposes of the charity, and we do this through a variety of activities and events including:


We give back to the local farming community through financial and other support to organisations who have a significant impact on the lives of those in the agricultural industry.

We offer educational support and opportunities dedicated to sharing the important work of agriculture and food production.

We support events and activities which are central to the Norfolk farming community and its development

Our membership fee structure runs from 1st January – 31st December each year.

Benefits of being an RNAA member

1.1 A variety of exclusive Members’ only activities – enabling social, network and learning opportunities including farm walks and agricultural site visits.

1.2 Free access to other RNAA events – *except where charges apply

1.3 Access to and updates about events at the Norfolk Showground – as well as a range of discounts and exclusive opportunities.

1.4 Access to our Young, Innovative, Enterprising, Learning and Developing (YIELD) Network and their exciting programme of events.

1.5 Free entry to the Royal Norfolk Show on both days.

1.6 One preferential car parking to the Royal Norfolk Show for both days.

1.7 Exclusive access to both the Members’ Pavilion and the Norfolk Lounge area overlooking the Grand Ring.

1.8 Long Service Awards for agricultural employees. Members can request an application form by contacting the Show Office, please call 01603 748 931.

Benefits of RNAA Vice President Membership

2.1 A variety of exclusive Members’ only activities – enabling social, network and learning opportunities including farm walks and agricultural site visits.

2.2 Free access to other RNAA events – *except where charges apply

2.3 Access to and updates about events at the Norfolk Showground – as well as a range of discounts and exclusive opportunities.

2.4 Access to our Young, Innovative, Enterprising, Learning and Developing (YIELD) Network and their exciting programme of events.

2.5 Two free entry tickets to the Royal Norfolk Show on both days (Vice President and Guest Badges).

2.6 One preferential Vice President car parking to the Royal Norfolk Show for both days.

2.7 Exclusive access to both the Vice Presidents’ Pavilion and the Norfolk Lounge area overlooking the Grand Ring.

2.8 Long Service Awards for agricultural employees. Members can request an application form by contacting the Show Office, please call 01603 748 931.

Refer a Friend – If you refer someone to join the RNAA and they become a paying member you will receive an additional one-day free ticket to the Royal Norfolk Show.


Membership Contract

3.0 We reserve the right to change the benefits that apply to Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association membership at any time and without prior notice.
3.1 Each member requires their own subscription and membership benefits cannot be shared across who are not members of the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association.
3.2 Each member is responsible for updating their details that the RNAA holds to ensure that they can receive their full benefit entitlement. You can update your details by contacting info@rnaa.org.uk
3.3 Places at events are only available for members that are listed on a membership and are non-transferable.
3.4 Membership costs are subject to change on an annual basis.
3.5 When applying for membership or membership renewal whether online or by some other means, you will be required to accept these terms and conditions.
3.6 The Membership Period commences on the 1st of January to 31st December each year.
3.7 Your membership will be due for renewal at the end of the Membership Period and a renewal notice will be issued one calendar month prior to the end of the Membership Period
3.8 Non-payment of renewal will result in lapse in membership.
3.9 Membership is of the RNAA and not of the Royal Norfolk Show.

Cancellation and Refund

4.0 Cancellation of membership can be made in writing to info@rnaa.org.uk
4.1 We will assume that you do not wish to renew your membership if payment is not received by the due date.
4.2 Membership fees are not refundable.

Data Protection

5.0 Each party shall where applicable only process Personal Data as defined in Section 1 (1) of the Data Protection Act 1998 for the purpose of fulfilling its obligation under this contract or in accordance with the express written instructions of the other.
